Mamaroneck Gardens is a residential cooperative located on Richbell Road,

between Boston Post Road and Palmer Avenue. Our co-op consists of 1 and 2

bedroom units. A 1 bedroom unit is approximately 750 square feet while a 2

bedroom unit is approximately 900 square feet.

Residents enjoy easy access to six laundry rooms and two bicycle rooms that

are located on the premises.

This sprawling 12-acre property is well maintained and manicured by our

reliable, veteran maintenance staff. Our staff is on call and on the property

24/7/365.

Mamaroneck Gardens is about 20 miles northeast of Midtown Manhattan. We

are conveniently located near the main thoroughfares of US 1/Boston Post

Road and Interstate 95.

Residents are within walking distance to a Bee-Line bus route. The Bee-Line

also offers a convenient commuter bus service which stops along Richbell Road

during weekday rush hours.

Harbor Island Park, Larchmont Manor Park, Nature Study Woods, and the

Long Island Sound are also nearby.

Parents can walk their children to the nearby Mamaroneck Union Free

Schools, and private schools. There are a number of

supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries, places of worship, libraries also within

walking distance as well as the Larchmont Metro-North train station.
